Who it is for

Quality consultancies that need an experienced lead auditor to cover peaks, standards their team does not cover, or clients in regulated sectors (healthcare, customer service, laboratories, food and education). Also certification bodies, within their own auditor qualification process.

• You have more audits than auditors at the end of the cycle.
• A client asks for a standard your team does not master (ISO 18295, UNE 338001, UNE 179003, ISO 15189…).
• You need an independent view because your team implemented the system to be audited.
• You want junior auditors to learn alongside a senior lead in real audits.

What it includes

• Acting as lead auditor (audit team leader, as defined in ISO 19011): plan, opening meeting, audit, closing meeting and report.
• Internal, second-party (your clients’ suppliers) and pre-certification audits.
• Under your brand (white label) or mine, as agreed.
• Report with graded findings (major and minor nonconformity, observation, opportunity for improvement) and evidence.
• Follow-up of corrective actions if your client requests it.
• Coaching of auditors in training within the audit team.

Audits done on time and with judgement, reports your clients understand and use, and your team free for what it does best.

Terms of collaboration

• Day rate per audit day, with preparation and report included in the quote. Travel outside the Valencia region charged separately.
• Format: on site in the Valencia region, remote or hybrid elsewhere in Spain.
• Non-disclosure agreement signed before receiving any client documents. Reports and information belong to your consultancy and your client.
• No poaching: I do not offer my services directly to clients you introduce, for the period we agree.
• Independence: I do not audit systems I have implemented or advised on.
